some landscape armour stone I feared the worst. With the top tube cracked I
found myself pricing a new frame at a very dear price. That was until my local
shop recommended me to get in touch with Anthony at carbon works. After I sent
off an email on a fri morning I received a call back almost immediately and was
given a rough estimate at a fraction of the price of a new frame. By Saturday
Anthony had my frame and within the week my frame was repaired and refinished

high end bike shop that sells carbon bikes. Believe it or not most people
are still in the old mentality that broken carbon fiber frames are good for the

believed-to-be-dead Yeti 2011 ASR 5 Carbon frame was brought back to life so

performed some integrity tests on the frame before and after the repair, and I
got a detailed report. I got the impression that the people there are real

my Niner Air 9 RDO repaired by Carbon Works in the fall of 2014, the bike
sustained a frame fracture to the rear triangle. Anthony was extremely easy to

included pictures. One of the reasons that I choose to go with Carbon Works is
that they offered refinishing as part of their process. The end result with my
Niner is it is impossible to tell that the frame was ever damaged. This all

February 18th 2018, I did something my wife told me not to do. I clamped my top tube and broke it. (Guy's if you have ever done something she tells you not to and it goes bad, you know life can get very scary.)
An web search moments after the diaster and I found Carbonwork. Within minutes, Anthony had replied to my web inquiry and assured me that it was an easy fix and everything would be all right. Through out the entire process the customer service I experienced from this company was beyond exceptional. The cost was a little more than the competition, but you always get what you pay for. Besides the perfect service, the craftsman ship is top notch. You would be very hard pressed to tell me where the damage was. I was updated when the frame arrived, and every time there was a step change I got a photo in my inbox. From the xray and the acompanying report, photos of the prep and then pictures of the finished product. In case your wondering about the name of this review, my bike was “born again” thanks to Anthony and CarbonWork.
I had broken my seatstay of my cervelo early last season in an accident and had written it off. I found CarbonWork and was intrigued. Early this year, I contacted them, with the hope of repairing the frame, painting it a different colour, and building it up with new parts.
Anthony responded immediately and offered me a great price on repair and custom paint job. To make matters more complicated I was moving from Alberta to the Toronto area.
I shipped my frame and fork to him end of January and commenced on having every part of the build sent to Anthony from online vendors. He patiently received them all and stored them in the meantime.
The frame was repaired and frame and fork were painted a new colour in less than a month after I sent them to him. Factory specific decals were also applied, but in a new colour.
He then quickly built the bike up from scratch with the new parts in just one week.
Upon pick up, I was super impressed! It looks great and more importantly works great. My broken afterthought of a bike became my dreambike.
In closing, Anthony was incredible to deal with. I have been biking for 20 years and this is the best customer service I have ever received in the bike industry. He is knowledagble, patient, and very quick to respond.
I damaged my carbon bike frame when my chain became jammed between small chain ring and down tube just above the bottom bracket. Resulted in a dime sized gouge into the carbon structure.
A riding friend suggested I check out CarbonWork.ca. I sent photos of damage and 8 minutes later, Anthony responded with a price estimate for 3 repair options. 10 minutes later he offered to complete a basic repair over the long weekend!
I delivered my frame to him Thursday evening and the repair was complete on Sunday! Throughout the weekend, Anthony sent me updates showing results of initial NDT testing, plus progress and photos through the repair process.
Outstanding customer service all the way and at a fraction of the cost of a new frame.

I needed to have my Top tube tested because I placed it inside a grip on my bike stand and clamped it too tight which caused a small crack to appear, I contacted CarbonWork and Anthony performed testing and provided me with a thorough report and repair plan so I clearly understood what was needed for this repair within 7 days the top tube was repaired and the paint finish was as good as factory original as promised by Anthony! I cracked a seat stay on my carbon bike frame.
Anthony was very prompt in replying to my initial request for info. I simply emailed pictures of the damage and within hours I had 3 repair options.
I delivered the frame to Anthony’s house. Within days I had a detailed analysis of the damage and a favourable prognosis for repair.
Anthony always updated me on the repair status with pictures. Within a week or two I had my frame back with a pro colour matched repaint of both seat stays.
The price was exactly as promised with no hidden fees/upsell nonsense.

I would trust Anthony and Anna Maria with my wallet and first born. That's really all you need to know.
Cracked seat tube below H2o bottle bosses and above FD rivets. Soft to the touch, likely caused by poor packing in bike box without removing bottle cage (that would be me).
The customer service was exceptional. Lots of emails updating diagnosis, plan, repair and finish along with many, many photos.
Paint job on top of that make it simply look brand new.
I brought my Time road bike in to have work done where the front derailleur attaches to the post, as the rivets were moving ever so slighty which caused it to rub on front sprocket. The bike was dropped off on a Sunday, advised what the issue was on Monday. Provided options and when I made up my mind as to what I wanted to do, the fix was done right away, and I had my bike back by Saturday. I was informed along the way, and provided with an extensive review of the bike from a screening that was done....very professional. Thanks Anthony for working with me, and I look forward to seeing you again for the custom paint job.

I know some people are nervous about repairing carbon. I’m not an expert - unless using Carbonworks twice within a few months makes me one - but I’d say the repair work is just great. I damaged the top tube of my bike when it fell over and a few months later my daughter crashed with her bike damaging the fork. In both cases the repair process was quite quick (about a week) and straight forward with good communication and status updates. Cost depend on finishing options and were in both cases as agreed - no surprises. I hope you don’t need to repair your carbon bike - but if you do, Carbonworks does great work.
Anthony was great to work with and did a complete restoration of my 20 year old road bike keep me up to date on all stages listen to my concerns and came up with solutions and will have all my work on my bike to carbon works .

My son recently broke the drive side carbon seat stay on his MTB ...clean break into two pieces, which we assumed was 'fatal'. However, Carbonwork was able to fix (basically completely rebuild) the damaged area and repaint it - it now looks and rides like new ...unbelievable! Anthony at Carbonwork was extremely helpful through the entire process - from initial consultation, through safety check, rebuild, and final delivery ...which took less than 2 weeks as promised. If anyone is wondering about repairing a carbon bike, I just had one repaired by carbonwork.ca in Oakville. They did a great job. I was sent updates by picture as the work progressed, starting with NDT to verify the amount of the damage. They repaired the top tube and down tube and it looks brand new, great team at CarbonWork thank you once again.
